Dunkin' - Baltimore

The customer service here is outstanding. They recognize me so well that most days I can just walk in and pay without having to say anything! The person who makes my Charli Cold Brew always does a fantastic job, and the sandwiches really help me power through my day!

I absolutely love this place! They are incredibly quick with their mobile orders. I placed my order just as I was parking, and by the time I walked into the restaurant, my order was ready. I have nothing negative to say about this place!

I had forgotten I had a Dunkin’ Donuts account with some money on it, so I decided to give this location a try. The interior is quite small and has a stony feel to it. The staff seem to be reasonably well-managed, and the wait time for orders is about what I expected. However, just a heads-up: they really need to ensure orders are accurate. My last few coffee orders have left me with an acidic aftertaste (lol). Overall, I would still consider this place my go-to for coffee and breakfast. Update: I finally sorted out my iced coffee situation, so I'm bumping my rating up to 5 stars!

I'm working in the city, so I'm always coming here. the cash register is always beautiful, and my food is always properly cooked. I get the texas toast ham and cheese, and other places I was, the brot is sometimes burned. but here it always tastes the same.

I prefer this Dunkin to the one on Charles. The staff is usually very friendly, orders made quickly and correctly. Usually I'll order on my phone while I'm about a block away, and my order is already waiting for me when I get there.
