My hot coffee was great. Whatever you do, double-check before purchasing any donuts. Donut case is filled with fruit flies. Tons of fruit flies all over those donuts. Management is obviously aware because they have Terro fruit fly traps in each corner of the donut case. SMH Absolutely disgusting!!

I walked in and there was a girl talking on the phone and she didn't pay attention to us. I placed my order from the computer at the entrance. I told the girl who prepared my order that I wanted to know the password because the restroom door was locked. She said there was someone inside to clean and I just said okay. He was explaining again and I confirmed that there was no problem by saying okay. But suddenly he got angry and threw the things in his hand into the sink. he said to himself. I asked if he was okay, he didn't answer. He gave strange reactions to me when I told him there was no problem. He was a very rude person. I'm just a tourist here and I'm having my coffee and wandering around.

Excellent service. When i reached at the counter i realized i had left my wallet at home. Tyri [I think this is the name she gave me. She seemed from Asian or Mixed Heritage; mentioning only to identify her for appreciation by management] asked me what I came I to get. I said small coffer. She made me a large cup and said have a good day. Couldn't be happier.

Staff not well versed with current promotions.Refuse to review the promotions on TV display right behind her and kept saying don't know. Didn't even get to scan member rewards as such.Donuts were stale and had flies with them on the display.
