I wanted to dine in, so I asked if I could use the bathroom, but she stated there are no public restrooms and walked away. I asked, how do you know I did not place a order as I pointed to the public restrooms. I then asked for my order, and then she stated there are no customer restrooms.
The lady was working by herself by making the pizza and taking orders. She did an awesome job
Usually a great experience but every time I've ordered during lunch recently they really jip me on toppings. Got a large pizza with jalapenos today and there werent even enough jalapenos to have a single slice on each piece of pizza. If I'm ordering a pizza with toppings that means I would like it on every slice, hopefully more then one piece on each.
Was not able to place phone order for 3 days.I have no internet. They do not answer the phone. What is the use of having a phone?
I ordered 2 hrs ago and my order still is at the “prep” stage on the app. The store will not answer (as usual) and because it hasn’t been marked as “delivered” I can’t get my refund. The last time I ordered they called twice to say they didn’t have a driver and asked me to come pick it up when I already paid the delivery fees and tips. Answer your freaking phone! And stop taking people’s money. This is ridiculous. I want my money back! Now! Update: after several attempts to call or get a refund I ended up driving to the store. The phone was ringing non stop with no one answering, not even the man sitting in the kitchen on his phone. Yall need to close your online or app orders if you can’t fulfill them! This is ridiculous! At least last time I got a call saying they didn’t have a driver. They said NOTHING!!
