Never had a single good experience at this location. Always slow, sloppy, and cold. Tonight we got the entire wrong order through the Chipotle app and have no way to contact them directly to fix it. Done with this location.
They got my online order completely wrong. It?s like they just threw a bunch of random stuff in the bowl and called it a day. It gives me the impression that the staff at this location probably can?t read. Because clearly they do this to a lot of their customers. The fact that it took them over an hour to make, made me think they were at least taking their time to get it right. But maybe they?re just throwing darts at a board and building everyone?s orders based on which picture the darts land on.
This place needs to be shut down. Horrible! Make sure you use credit card not debit, That way when they screw your order up just do a chargeback. If place is filthy call the health department and report them. Way too many of the same complaints that aren't being addressed.
This is not my first bad experience with this location. It started when I entered and the entire assembly serving line was filthy lettuce, cheese, etc just all over the place. they couldn?t find my online order at first and then located it amongst several other receipts behind the cashier computer. The customers in line who were ordering in person were told there was no cheese, corn, or chips. However, when they began to fulfill my online order, the staff proceeded to open a whole container of cheese in front of other customers to place on my order and then proceeded to continue to say we are out of cheese. The entire atmosphere was very unprofessional.
