Chipotle Mexican Grill - Baltimore

Food was good, service was good, lack of some ingredients at 2pm. Bit it is what it is. Folks do their best.

Place has turned around under the new manager. Went from a chipotle I actively avoided to one I frequent weekly. Complete 180. Staff are always welcoming and they have 95% of the ingredients (fajitas still tough to come by) compared to 50% under old management. Big shout out to Kayla.. unbelievably nice and professional

I ordered a meal and it wasn't what I ordered, from what reason they didn't tell them what is and is not available and I ordered collection in real time. they had a handwritten sign in orange highlighter at the door. is formed what I ordered vs what I got.

We have tried this Chipotle at least 3 times. Every time has been equally frustrating and we are officially done with this Chipotle. Today, my fiancé went in around 5 with no one there and they had no veggies, limited sides and acted like it was an inconvenience to help him out. This is not the first time, almost every time we have eaten here they have had no options in food the attitude of staff have been nothing short of unpleasant. Very frustrating since we love chipotle, but we will avoid this location from here on out.

No joke the worst chipotle I think there is. Being out of veggies might be understandable but the way this lady smash rolled a basic burrito literally made me laugh. Ingredients and juice all over the counter after the foil was closed. Also no one behind the counter has even heard of the chipotle Tabasco. Literally comedic. Also no free water cup.
