Chilango's - Baltimore

I came here with my family recently. Service was excellent, drinks were really good and food was served hot and it was delicious. I would definitely come back.

Absolutely fantastic place to stop in! Everyone was so happy and helpful. Our food was delicious and the prices were great. I highly recommend the cucumber margarita.

Chicken was dry but adequate. Margarita was fair. This place has offered better food and service in the past. Watch out for automatically added gratuity.

I came in today to try their jalapeño and cucumber margaritas. The restaurant was pretty much empty. I sat at the bar since I was only going to drink. The jalapeño one was good, however kinda small for the price. It was strong though. I finished it and I wanted the cucumber one but the bartender was all over the restaurant and never checked back on me. By the time he came back I had to leave. I work for tips too so I tip generously but this place already charges you 20% even for a party for one. I wonder if that makes the workers here not really care so much for the customers as they know they will get their 20% no matter if service is good or bad.

We had a reservation for 12 when the restaurant opened and our party basically had the place to itself. However, there didn't seem to be enough staff to monitor our needs and service was a little slow. The one gentlemen who was serving is was nice and professional though. The food was good, attractive and hot for all parties when all were able to order and be served.The portions were large.
