Charleston - Baltimore

This restaurant is amazing! the level of care and the faithfulness of detail that the staff gives to its guests is very rare to come. we celebrated our high-time restaurant tonight and I was so grateful how many information our waitress could supply us about wine selection, feed and the history of the restaurant. I'm still out of service. they are treated as if they eat with the queen we will come back and recommend this facility to others! thanks for a nice evening!

Poor customer service. Waitress charged my card twice when I bought it to their attention they refused to process a refund and suggested that I take it up with my bank. Refused to hold staff accountable for errors made while processing payments for multiple individuals within a party.Updating to include more detail:I was charged twice on two different cards, because the waitress came back insisting that my card declined. I provided her with another form of payment because in that instance I remembered that I had not notified my financial institution of my travels. Needless to say, my card in fact did not decline so I was charged twice on two different forms of payment. When I bought this to the restaurants attention there was nothing that could be done for me, despite the fact that the error took place on the restaurants part. Subpar service and zero efforts taken to resolve the issue.

Visited The Charleston for the first time in December and I’m still thinking about what an incredible experience we had. While it was a bit awkward when we entered (no one was there to greet us and we had to inquire about checking in our coats), everything after those few moments more than add up for it. The food was INCREDIBLE. Not only was it visually beautiful, the flavors were outstanding. Every dish was better than the last. Would highly recommend the accompanying wine pairing 3 courses were more than enough for me. I will most definitively be back.
