Boz's Burger, Fries, And Shakes

I would like everyone to know that this place has the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced. First of all, we ordered for delivery, but they couldn?t do that due to an ? in house emergency?. So we had to pick up our food. Weordered 19 sandwiches, 1 salad, and fries to go with everything. It took a while for us to get the food which is understandabledue to the large order. But when we finally did get our food, we noticed we had an item missing and there happened to be hair insome of the food as well. We gave this place the benefit of the doubt and decided to call to see if we could get our missingsandwich but unfortunately the person that answered the phone did not seem to care and proceeded to tell us that this was nottheir problem. After spending MORE than $250 worth of food the least this place could do was make the missing sandwich that wewere willing to PICK UP. Along with the nasty attitude they also proceeded to hang up on us mid conversation. So if I were you Iwould not spend your money here as it is clear that they do not want the service and it is ?not their problem? to make food thatwas already paid for.

Very pleasantly surprised! I ordered a mushroom burger and fries and it was very tasty. The fries were crispy and the burger cooked to order. It was delivered so the food was not hot when I received it, but it was fresh. I will be ordering from hereagain.

Regularly take out/dine in from here. Really great food. Criminally underrated based on how empty it often is, but the staff are friendly, the food is delicious, and it?s a nice place to chill. Recommend the cheese steak and the spicy cheeseburger. Theyalso gives lots of fries.

For a place that is consistently empty, I was pleasantly surprised. The food was really good and I plan to order from here again. Just be sure to request some veggies on the burgers if you want them. A pickle or something, anything, would have beengreat. But on a whole?the order was tasty.

Maybe 4 stars based on the fact that i was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the burger and the price. Show me a place in Baltimore or the DMV for that matter that sells a double patty for under $10, not a lot i can guarantee that. I ordered thespicy burger i believe, you can also make your own. The meat was good and not your run of the mill frozen patty to be honest.Solid burger IMO, and i am embarrassed to say i have passed by this spot for years since it replaced i believe Nonna's but neverbothered. The fries were meh, the wings i ordered were solid enough
