Przekaż informację zwrotnąI made a reservation for a 5-night stay in late May at a restaurant six months ago. Unfortunately, I recently received notice that my room has been canceled. While I was refunded my money, I am now having trouble finding a room in the inner harbor area. The available rooms are all quite far from the event I am attending and those that are available are much more expensive. This unexpected cancellation has significantly disrupted my carefully planned vacation. In my opinion, Radisson is not a reliable option.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this restaurant. The staff was kind, thoughtful, and inviting, and the room was impeccably clean. I was especially impressed by the housekeeping staff, who were always busy but willing to help. The location was convenient and the decor was tasteful.
I was stranded in Baltimore during a recent storm on my way back to DC. My car's heat wasn't working, making it hard to see through the windshield. I managed to reach the Holiday Inn/Radisson. The Holiday Inn was fully booked and wouldn't accommodate new guests until 3:00 pm. The woman at the front desk was unkind and unprofessional. I tried the Radisson next door and was able to get a room with Elijah, who was fantastic. Despite the heat not working in that room, the staff tried to fix it promptly. Eventually, I was moved to a new room with functioning heat and given a discount for my troubles. The hotel staff made every effort to make my stay pleasant, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and will definitely return in the future.
Needs a lot of fixing up! Not clean. Had to change rooms due stain on sheet and toilet did not flush. Do not eat in restaurant. The breakfast was horrible . Pancakes more like hockey pucks. I did not feel safe walking around the area. Trash everywhere, homeless people and feces on ground. Never going back!!
I don't have time to write a long review, but I'll give a brief list of amenities.I also don't know that a single one of these was a big deal. But add them together, and I've had enough. The only way this place can call itself a Radisson is because they must have stolen the sign from s real one. Mold on ceiling and walls. The little visitor in the bathroom (see photos). Door to wall plumbing hanging open/can't close. Towels from previous day's guest still in bathroom. Shampoo/Conditioner bottles left from previous day (seal was broken, normally I would have never looked, but by now I was suspect). Several wood screws laying in parking area at main door. You know, right where you can drive over them. Radisson will be getting a bill if I end up with a flat by the way. $30 parking. Now, I don't care about that. I knew I had to pay. They told me. I didn't have to park, so if I want to, I have to pay. No issues there. The issue is the garage. It is essentially a boiler room that just dead ends with no warning. No signage, no direction, no anything. One portion was actually flooded, so I felt it best to not drive in there. Especially with my potentially punctured tires.Just a disaster. Normally, I think bad reviews are often overreaction. In this case however, take all the bad reviews out there into account when making a choice about this place. It should be a crime to charge people money for this place.
