Rude attitude, the woman who works today is very bad

Staff really need to listen and read the docket to how customers place an order, I ordered an Oat milk hot chocolate no cream but got cream had to wait for this to be made again, and poached eggs with toast asked for the eggs to be hard came out soft. Had to get sent back while my dad had his coffee and breakfast ate by the time I had to wait on my order being fixed. Not impressed at all especially with prices going up. Staff really need to listen to what customers say instead of worrying about there phones or getting out for a smoke!! Place was dirty no clean tables and dirty cutlery mixed in with clean stuff to choose from.

Called in at 2.30 for coffee with a friend. Could not find a clean table to sit at. Food all over the floor. Appreciate it was after the lunchtime rush but staff standing around chatting. 3 tables being used by customers the rest to dirty to sit at. We visit Coleraine, Portrush and Portstewart by far this is the worst. Maybe more staff needed to keep place for customers clean.

The food is just not tasty. At least 2 breakfast options we ordered: avocado halloumi brioche and Florentine eggs. There was no toilet paper available. The mobile network doesn't really work inside, there's a guest Wi-Fi that allows you to sign in only if you give your email, full name, date of birth etc.
