Mcdonald's - Ballymena

As always, I ordered a Big Mac during my visit. I expected to have a nice meal, but I had to place my order through the screens at the entrance of the restaurant. When the staff member brought my Big Mac meal in a brown McDonald's bag, I discovered that the burger was completely squished and looked like it had been hit by a golf club. It was a total mess.

The drive-thru was busy, but I have to say that the service was impressively quick, with cars moving forward every 30 seconds. Inside the restaurant, it was packed, while people were waiting outside as well. It was very efficient and productive. The food was a light and fresh salad. I would definitely come back!

It was my daughter's 4th birthday, and I want to mention the lovely young girl who served us. She was not only beautiful but also incredibly helpful and kind. I didn't catch her name, but her service made the day even more special. Thank you to the wonderful staff at the Ballymena location!
