However, there is an issue with the manager, Lisa, who lacks customer service skills. The last time we ordered, we received expired sauces. I never complained about it before because it was just a few dollars and I know mistakes happen. But after receiving expired sauces multiple times, I called to bring it to their attention. The manager accused me of lying and refused to acknowledge the issue. I offered to have the driver come and show them the expiry dates, but she laughed it off and said they couldn't do that. When I offered to send a picture of the sauces with expired dates, she wouldn't accept it. I asked for a refund for the sauces, but she refused, claiming there was no proof. It's disappointing to be treated this way, especially by a manager. It's unclear why our loyalty as regular customers is disregarded. Below are the expired sauces we received - with expiry date 3/11/22. Additionally, we only received 8 out of the 10 chicken poppers in our order. This kind of treatment, on top of consistently receiving expired products, has left a bad taste in our mouths.
I do not recommend this restaurant as the manager, Lisa, treats customers poorly. We have had much better experiences at other locations in our area. We used to order from Papa John's frequently, but will no longer be ordering from this particular location.
I received some great deals in the mail for a large 3-topping pizza for $10. It was a decent deal, but the toppings were just okay. The crust was a bit dry and there wasn't much pepperoni. However, for $10, a large pizza is a great deal. You get what you pay for, so no complaints there.
Forget a part of the order, it's an hour later and two phone calls and I'm still waiting. no apologies or explanation. terrible customer service
Got some coupons in the mail, large 3 topping for 10 bucks, not a bad deal but the topping were just ok, chicken was a bit dry and pepperoni was scarce, but 10 bucks for a large pizza is a steal, you get what you pay for, the day of reckoning is coming lol.
