Ice House - Ballina

Fantastic spa facilities, friendly relaxing atmosphere, beautiful products. Staff were professional, warm and welcoming. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing dinner with really brilliant friendly staff in a wonderful location, we were looked after particular well by Caleb and we are really looking forward to our return visit very soon.

Beautiful views from our room and outdoor bar area. Food wasnt great and room was ok .. avoid the cocktails as they are a complete rip off . It was 80% ice and 20% drink. Staff were lovely in the restaurant and area but reception staff not very friendly . Overpriced for what we experienced

I had been waiting eager for our trip to this spa. it wasn't the magic I expected. they ran out of raw to give spa guests, and they had to dress/undrawn and work in the darkness with only a tiny bit of emergency light. the dressing room. we were booked after lunch for Valentine's Day and it just went from bad to bad. the food was disgusting! the muddles in the seafood knower were unusable and like rubber. my partner couldn't eat his burger because he was soou poor (burning on the outside and mush inside). my meal was okay when it was out after a night and maybe she didn't remember the actual taste of him the morning! I was here before work and felt it was poor, and so I hope it had improved since then. Unfortunately, it has only gone further. we go to the spa’s in westport, because unfortunately the ice house has only acted on its own and has no other redeeming factor.
