Riverside Cottage - Ballater

We had a really nice stay here! betten are super comfortable, kitchen good with utensils, good selection of shops and caffes and beautiful walks near (the notions of hosts were especially helpful! . we will definitely come back, only minors let themselves down that we could not really use the whirlpool because it was too cold to actually get the water hot, even after 6 hours of roaring. it has not stopped us to enjoy our stay.

Perfect weekend getaway! The communication was easy and we always felt good taken care of. Can definitely recommend for anyone.

Great place where we immediately felt like home. Everything was clean and tidy. There is a house manual with basically everything you need to know from local activities to instructions on amenities. The space is very well furnished and ending the day in the hot tub is not too shabby either! Overall a very pleasant experience.

My experience at Riverside was incredible, followed by a lovely clean, cosy home after adventuring round beautiful Ballater. This lodge had everything you needed and it was located right in the centre Ballater. The host was very friendly and really welcoming. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! I Hope to be back.

Ideal location for discovering Royal Deeside. In the well resourced little town of Ballater. Everything close at hand for a great self-catering break. Even a wood fired hot tub.
