The Main Bar - BALLARAT CENTRAL

This pub was quite average and somewhat underwhelming. I only went because I needed a quick bite to eat.

This pub/hotel/pokie venue has permanently shut down, so there is no need to provide a review, positive or negative.

This place is fantastic! cosy, inviting and the food and wine selection are excellent. <br/ Host Glen has done an incredible job renovating this 1850s building yet keeping a genuine historic presence.. But our meal was superb, top notch, but with reasonable price tag..whenever we are in Ballarat I would definitely return..<br/

I ate here years ago and loved it. So when staying at the motel around the corner, I decided to take my friend to Main Bar for dinner. She had the chicken and chorizo pizza and I had the prawn, chilli and garlic pizza. They were both amazing!!! The prawns were so fresh they popped in your mouth! The pizzas are cooked to perfection too. What more could you want?? We left happy women!

Amazing place for breakfast. Loved the food and the building is beautiful. Thanks for the tour! Next time we'll have to stay for a whisky and a show upstairs!
