Figured it would have been a great trip for daughters first buffet pizza hut like we all did back in the day. That memory of being spoiled for choices between the pizzas, sides and the dessert station. Unfortunately after we were seated we find that the desserts and pasta stations were out of order. Drinks were watered down to the point of flat. Pizza and sides were overly oily and to top it off within minutes of sitting down was greeted to a flash of anus from someone thinking pj shorts under a mini skirt was the right choice for pizzahut attire. If i wasn't already put off by the food the atmosphere was the final straw. Atleast the maccas up the road was able to deliver on dessert for the little one. Best $55 wasted but atleast she was excited to spot the public parks to play at.
Excellent service by the boys and girls that work Pizza Hut Ballarat VERY attentive when need to make their guests happy Food was yummy just needed to wait a little at times for salads , pastas, pizza desserts restocking ..exc some tables were way too loud and obnoxious inconsiderate of others! Plates and cutlery need upgrading
Our recent visit to Pizza Hut for The Works was just as nostalgic as we remembered from our childhood. The abundance of pizza, the pasta with two sauce options, the overlooked salad bar, and of course, the tempting desserts brought back memories of simpler times. During slower periods, the quality might not be as consistent, as they may not be preparing as much food for smaller groups. It's recommended to visit on a busier night, such as a Saturday, or to dine with a large group of friends to ensure a more enjoyable experience.
We sat down and realized that the air conditioning was not working, making the restaurant uncomfortably hot and sticky. The food options, including pizza, pasta, chips, and garlic bread, were running low and difficult to find. I managed to scrape together a few bites of pasta from the nearly empty tray. The soft drink machine was also out of order, which I only discovered after already paying for a drink. During our two-hour stay from 6-8pm, only a few pizzas were brought out to the pizza bar and the pasta was not replenished. The only item that seemed to be regularly refilled was the blue jelly, which was likely made of water and gelatine. Overall, it was disappointing to have paid $33 for a subpar dining experience.
