Hungry Jack's - BALLARAT CENTRAL

I had been excited to try the popping pearls for a while, so when we ordered two, we were directed to the waiting area. However, when we received our drinks, they didn't even have the popping pearls. On a positive note, the burgers were delicious.

Do not purchase anything from this place today. The tomato slicer is broken, so there is no tomato in anything, yet they are still charging full price. The service and food were the worst we have ever encountered. I would recommend avoiding this place.

I never write bad reviews but today was exceptionally bad. I made a $75 order. When it arrived it was three drinks... three drinks I didn’t order and literally no food. Stopped the driver he said he could do nothing about it that it’s all hungry jacks gave him. I rang Menulog. They said they would email me a voucher for $80. I waited half an hour to receive this, but my family was getting very hungry so I went ahead and reordered the same order again. (I am still yet to receive the voucher so am now $150 down on hungry jacks tonight. When the second time it arrived the food was cold ! (I am even suspecting it’s the first order I stipulated that two of the burgers have no cheese (on the order and in the notes as my boyfriend is allergic both had cheese. My tender crisp peri peri was smothered and soggy with too much sauce it seriously was almost inedible. Paid extra for honey mustard and sweet and sour sauce. Both were missing. So $150 on cold disgusting food. Thanks hungry jacks.

We stopped for lunch today but we wish we hadn't. The staff was rude and the manager was treating them poorly, which was very apparent to all of us. It was the worst service I have experienced in a long time, and the food was just as disappointing. We couldn't even eat it. It was a total waste of time and money. We will not be returning. I always say that burgers are better at Hungry Jacks, but not here and not today. The service clearly reflects the quality of the food. Stay away.

Needed to have something quick to eat on the way through and tried Hungry Jacks, there was on one in store so it was pretty quick to get the order and we were quite pleased, tasted like a real Hamburger and was fresh, enjoyed it very much.
