Fika Coffee Brewers - BALLARAT CENTRAL

As I work for a Swedish company I just had to try Fika! Excellent coffee! Had to have 2 cups! Muesli yogurt and fruit was tasty and needed a drop of milk. Great service. Loved the leather aprons the staff were wearing. Functional but smart too. Been meaning to try this place for a long time but always packed out so I came at an unconventional time of 11.30am, it was still busy with takeaway coffees and table orders. Nice decor, able to buy ground coffee to take home. Definitely give this place a try!

A well cooked breakfast with good coffee. Pleasant surroundings. Friendley professional service. If you're ever in Ballarat this is a good choice for breakfast.

This place is good. Seems to be an "all guy affair"! well today was anyway. The coffee was right on.... the smashed avo with bacon was 12/10. It'd have to be the nicest brekky I've had for a while. Bursting with flavour and good quality ingredients. Only heads up I'd give is for 8am in the morning it's way too dim. Could not read the menu and the waiter on the floor needs to keep his eye on the ball. It took a while to get his attention to place my order (it came fast when I placed it though). At peak times clients have time schedules, snappy service is appreciated.
