Bacolod Chicken Inasal Sm City Baliwag

1. Service so slow! Please improve take our order almost 1hr 2. Chicken inasal not well cooked!!!

I dined at this branch two days ago and ordered sinigang Salom Belly and it was good; not spectacularly good and delicious but good enough to curb once hunger. The customer service was good too.

Food is okay. Need more annatto oil. Sinamak not very strong

Mahal pero hindi masarap Our experience is not that good but to be fair i will try to discuss some a balance review 1. Location it is located inside SM Baliwag and the corner location is perfect for attraction 2. Place The palce has no comfort room. The furniture are not mantianed as you can see on the picture. The decorations looks so bad and ugly. The Aircondition is not working and looks so messy when you look up. 3. They have high chair for toddler/children 4. You can pay using visa or master card. You can also pay with cash and other local e money platforms. 5. The serving time is so slow. 6. The food is Ok but to be honest, mas masarap pa ung sa Mang Inasal. Ang mahal ng food dito grabe pero ung lasa hindi ganon ka ok. Mejo maalat siya. 7. The crew serve condiments and they are enthusiastic in helping. 8. The store music is not appropriate. Bottom line, I dont recommend this place.

Food is good but service is SLLLOOOOWW! We came on a friday afternoon and ordered at 520pm. Our eight (8) orders took an hour to complete with two petchos needing recook twice (i.e. it had to be returned 2x) Apparently only one cook was on duty with personnel refusing to report to work. The senior staff offered tea refill to make up for the long wait
