This is not the first time that your staff member by the name of Louisa has treated me poorly. On a previous occasion she insisted that I made the mistake when ordering when in actual fact SHE did not read the slip. Tonight she was extremely rude...I greated her and answered that I am fine but she insisted that I am supposed to ask her how she is...when I gave her my order number she insisted for my cell phone number and wasted time to look for our order until her collegue told her that it is an online order. This Louisa cannot work with customers...she is cocky and also wants to have the last say. Please have her trained on customer service again...customers do not need to be asked how we are...instead...good day, how can I assist. Poor poor poor service from Louisa.
THE WORST SERVICE, i have never been so disappointed and upset from any take out franchise in my life, i have also never rated anyone low but due to this instance i felt i should let the franchise know. The staff working tonight were unprofessional and unhelpful and, at one point, decided to ignore me standing in front of them and letting everyone after me get their orders. I only wanted to know if my order was ready. After this very unsatisfying experience, I would rather drive further to get better service.
Service was fast but we ask only for a pizza without cheese and still did not get what we asked for again
Tye food was well prepared and sumptuous . The lady who served me was very unfriendly. Needs training her PR skills need fine tuning. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but I fell victim.
