Cold Stone Creamery - Baldwin Place

Usually this place is great. but in this week I went two times to load in these, and remember, I came at least 20-30 minutes before they close, and every time the door is closed. the paper sign on the door even gives the right closing times. very unhappy.

My very pregnant wife got to the store 15 minutes before they close (45 minutes before if you go by the times on the door), but the store was already closed and the staff inside refused to unlock for her.

I usually keep my expectations low when it comes to ice cream staff but this place has hit a new low.

I had a pretty pleasant experience. It was super packed and there were only 3-4 workers, but they were all attentive. One even overheard me saying to my family that I needed napkins and they came all the way outside to personally hand me some. I don’t live up there anymore, so I rarely go, but I’ll make sure to stop by to support whenever I’m in town.

I’ve been going here for years. The customer service is at an all time low as well as productivity and organization. Best to probably wipe the slate clean.
