I have come here a few times recently and have enjoyed my experience every single time. My review is a bit more narrow since I ordered the same thing every visit but will look forward to updating the review once I expand my orders.The drink I ordered every single time I have been here was the Milk Tea with Boba. The first time I ordered, they did not have Boba prepared just yet so I ordered just the Milk Tea. It was a nice balance of sweet, creamy and a roasted flavor and I very much enjoy that kind of mix. Ordering the Boba on my next visit made the drink even much better and I have come here more than I have come to this plaza in the past few years. I've tried almost every Milk Tea/Boba place in the area, and I can say this place definitely stands out.The customer service has also been great every single time. Some folks have complained about the wait time, but that just comes with smaller businesses with one or two employees. Lets do our best to just be patient when there are longer lines as they are clearly trying to do their best.

The place is really cute. You can tell how much love and care went into making the place look really nice! The service was very nice and polite. The owner of the shop is very sweet and courteous; she always says thank you and you're welcome and does things like hand you your credit card with both hands. Her attitude and my interaction is probably the thing that makes me want to come back. The drinks were great. We ordered two Milky Milkies and they came out great! The only thing keeping this place from 5 stars is the quality of the actual boba. The boba was really great the first few sips, but became less enjoyable as you had the drink. I wish the boba had more body, chew, and bounce. But overall, the boba was inoffensive.

I had their roasted oolong milk tea with pudding. I usually ask for 25% sugar because I like a strong tea flavor. It had the tea flavor but the quality wasn't all there for me but that could be I'm use to the ten ren's strong tea leaves. Overall, it's not bad. I would come again.

Easily the worst Thai Teas I have ever had. I can't even describe the taste without wanting to throw up. I'd honestly rather chug a bottle of pepto bismol than ever have to put my taste buds through whatever the hell that Thai Tea was.
