Przekaż informację zwrotnąI've been ordering from this restaurant for 3yrs. We have always enjoyed their food. Today when I ordered for delivery my order was wrong. Instead of fortune cookies and szechuan beef, I got 20 almond cookies which I'm highly allergic too and order of what I think is szechuan fish? I called BeyondMenu and told them what happened. They told me to the call the restaurant. I told the owner of the situation I said it didn't smell and look right.Just like she has told many people, she said I never ordered szechuan beef before only chicken. I tried to tell her I've had szechuan beef before from other restaurants but she failed to listen to me. She took offense to what I said. I think she was implying that I hated her food, or whatever. She then began yelling at me and upsetting me. I called BeyondMenu again and told her of what the owner did and again of the food situation. She decided to call the owner. Would you believe it, the owner began yelling at her and apparently didn't understand. Yeah right she knew exactly what was going on. I told the representative that I was done with that drama. I wanted the whole order canceled and refunded.That owner took her pride over the edge and lost a 3yr loyal customer. Yes I enjoyed her food but trust, loyalty, and honesty is big to me. She broke all 3 in 5min. Hope the owner is reading this. I don't care if you were busy, I offered you a chance to call me back later when you weren't, but you wouldn't listen, and I even apologized to you when I shouldn't. I would always order more then $60+ every time and I always gave your drivers generous tip. Hope your happy with yourself, continue treating your customers this way and I doubt your restaurant will last any longer due to Covid. Either have someone younger take over your restaurant or closed, because frankly you can't handle it anymore.
This was the worst hot and sour soup I have ever gotten. The smell is terrible and the taste is nothing like what it used to be. I'm so sad to see this place go under new management, this used to be one of my favorite spots to get Chinese food. Prices were reasonable but the quality of the food went down in my opinion. I may never go here again. ? plus there was a major communication issue with staff. Not a good experience at all
If I could give negative stars I would!!!We placed an order when it was delivered it was incorrect.They delivered lemon chicken fish.I ordered cashew chicken I'm allergic to fish!I called they brought out a cashew chicken a half our later.Meanwhile I left the order outdoors we had to wait over a total of an hour.They lady argued with me when I called back saying she would give me a discount on the lemon chicken. NO!! It was in the same bag as the fish. I told her to cancel my order give me a refund they refused because the brought out the cashew chicken.By this point I was upset because she kept insisting I eat the lemon chicken!I'm sick of people not caring not doing their job.I will never order from there again!!!!

Serving size good, good ok. Not enough protein on the meal special. Soup tasted from a can. Orange chicken good. Probably all either frozen or warm up and go.
