Moose's Backwoods Bbq - Baldwin City

The service was incredibly quick, and the food was absolutely delicious. The fries were amazing! The tenderloin was such a generous portion that I had to take half of it home. The pork was incredibly tender as well. My two-year-old daughter loved it, and she's quite picky. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I attempted to dine there on two occasions, but they were closed both times. Whenever my family or I check their menu, they often don't have what we’re looking for. If you have a specific dish in mind, like ribs or turkey, it's best to go early. The brisket tends to be a bit dry, and some of the sides are rather bland. However, the pulled pork beans are quite good.

I've dined at Moose twice, and both times I enjoyed their comb meat sandwiches with fries for lunch. The food was hot and fresh, and my order was ready in no time. I'm currently heading from Lawrence to Baldwin for BBQ Day. If you're passing through Baldwin, I highly recommend stopping by Moose!
