Kebab Burger Shop - Balclutha

Absolutely awful experience!! Colder in the store than it was outside.. and its winter. Horrible service by a very rude man that obviously does not want to be there, no small chat no hello no nothing. No sign on the toilet saying you can't use it, but for some reason my partner was not allowed to go wash his hands. Chicken burger was awful, no sauce, fries were undercooked, the lamb burger would have been okay if it wasn't filled with large chunks of raw onion. Ridiculously expensive for what you get.. You could not pay me to go here again.

Was hesitant at the start but always went past this place so thought why not try it. Was really happy with the service and quality. The meat was fresh and we weren't waiting for too long after we ordered. Went back a 2nd time a few days later and will be back again. Recommend this place to eat!
