Apache Pizza - Balbriggan

ATTENTION!!!!! Highly recommend staying away from this pizza place. 1 they always get your order rong They put onions on my kids pizza without me asking for onions. Bare in mind my kid has an allergy to onions. 2 have no regards to sanitation no gloves no nets for hair. 3 customer service is absolutely dreadful And extremely unfriendly. 4 their landlines are always cutting off which is extremely disrespectful 5 they are the only pizza place who charge for sauces 6 they lack the proper knowledge of creating a pizza they dont put enough toppings, food gets to you cold and miserable, lifeless. Red sauce is saur, Cheese is mediocre and they dont put enough on. Dry and tasteless i will no longer order from them. 7 no regards for health and safety floor was wet no signs to indicate that anyone could fall and get hurt. (I will be calling the relevant associations) 8 also seen staff member scratch himself then proceed to make the pizza without washing hes hands Many more points. But dont have the time for such establishment. I reccomend everyone who has been ordering here for years like myself. (Also x employee) Report to apache head office as this branch is ruining the fine reputation of apache in general. Apache pizza franchise should disassociate itself from this branch completely. Sevral changes in staff and owners are visibly noticed. Downgrade in quality and service. Main point stay away!!!!! Highly unreccommend!!! Also read the reviews not the only one who feels this way.

Literally stole my my money! Ordered pizza and drinks for 59.50€ and it was never delivered, I contacted the store and the person who said he is the store manager told me he did not receive anything and if I disagree I should call the police!!

Brought the kids i was babysitting out for dinner as a treat. Staff throwing boxes around the place very aggressively and screaming at us after we ordered our food told me there was no chips even though i had already paid. Picture included off our table that he threw boxes at that did not belong to us.

Terrible service. Just terrible. I dont often do one star reviews but this place deserves less than one, but google doesnt provide that option for me. If there was minus stars that is what we would be looking at here. I used to order from here alot, 2-3 times a month (love me some jalapeno poppers , up until something happened (before covid where the service took a major turn for the worse. So we stopped getting Apache and switched to Dominos, where the service is fast, reliable and even trackable with a fantastic app for order checking (fantastic! . 3 times in the past 3 years, have we had to resort to Apache (Dominos closed or something and guess what, ALL three times, the food took an hour or more, and on 2 occasions the food was COLD. The only time it was warm, was when we ordered for collection, and that, took an hour. Was told to pick the food up at 20 past 8, and did not get it until 20 to 8 (had to wait around shop for 20 mins for food to be ready . No apologies from the staff either. So folks, please, for the love of all things good, go to Dominos and dont give this company money until they sort out their business.. AVOID.

They can 't make a 1 burger...can 't stretch it to the bun. Other day i gave them another chance, they said 8-10 mins on the phone i show up 10 mins later girl says 'it will be 2 minutes '. I waited 5-6mins and was totally ignored by a bunch of staff members so i walked out. Shameful, terrible service wouldn 't recommend to anyone
