Red Crab 1 Seafood - Bala Cynwyd

My first experience was a a great one. Fast, prompt, and courteous. service. My order was not correct and they replaced it within minutes. The food was outstanding. I will definitely be returning!!!

Just dropped by with my daughter to eat. The inside is very nice and clean. Upbeat with music and flatscreens. Waiter was accommodating. Big bench tables for large families to enjoy all that good seafood. I got the fried shrimp and fries, my daughter got chicken tenders and fries. Was pretty good. I will be stopping again soon. Hope this place can stay consistent with the quality and service.

First time eating here my food was perfect. Second time, my snow crabs were cold and today I ordered Cajun fried rice with shrimps the rice was old?..data old hard. Not sure what the issues are but my food is typically expensive for very poor service.

Went here after Church that's in the burbs where we live. Wasn't too familiar with seafood places in the area but found this online. Sorry I picked this place. First the waitress/cashier or whatever she was had horrible customer service skills. We ordered cheese steak eggrolls for appetizer, they came out about 30 seconds before our main meal. Mine was cold on the inside and very greasy, also looked like they were cooked in dirty grease. My husband told her it was cold in the middle and she got us another it was worse than the first.Shrimp was ok but I got turned off by the fact they weren't devained. Waitress was very unfriendly the entire visit. My husband got up to leave and told me we won't ever come back to this place, I totally agree!!

This is hands down the best seafood place I have ever been to in my entire life. Byob, laid back atmosphere, accessible parking, friendly service do yourself a favor and try this bad boy out. You'll love it. Props to Joyce for being a great server.
