Our server Lauren was attentive, pleasant, helpful and so on with their service. We started with appetizers and the ducks were not too far behind. The presentation of mushroom appetizer could use some help, but otherwise everything else was delicious and to our pleasure. At 2:00-2:30 and the waiting zone was packed, I was so glad we came there earlier.
Great steak at great prices. Always. We both have the fillet and chicken bites as an appetizer. Can never go wrong with a fillet.
Food is good, good prices and lots of food. Steaks were first. Dante is a very good server, pleasant and attentive. It is the waiting period that makes it a drag - a crowded waiting zone of six or more parties in a narrow space, while the big restaurant is empty. If this waiting is for COVID, it will defeat the purpose. We were there at 4:00 and said the waiting period was half an hour. 45 minutes later we sat. Maybe you can sign up on the line for waiting... It was my first time in a Longhorn restaurant and knew nothing better.
Our waitress was very over loaded which made her unable to tend to us properly. But the food was delicious and I'd still go back there. I know now to be very specific about how to bring my ordered items.
I love Longhorn's steaks, always and ever. My normal was formerly the TBone Steak, but since I had the Outlaw Ribeye... there is no return!!!!!! Update: I tried something different for the first time than Steak. Crusted Parmesan Chicken and it was amazingly boiled to perfection. I will definitely get it back and will try to order more items from the menu. From course brussel sprouts and asparagus will always go to pages!! I also had the chicken Caesar salad and the plate was HUGE! Enough to feed 3 people happy!
