Celebrate here our 5 years jubilee. we ordered the miami spice menu and we had the cheese, salat, breanzino and lamb. the lemon dessert was delicious. everything was fresh and delicious. the lamb was fantastic, that was the highlight of our meal. our server johann was exceptional. he was very polite, well spoken, charismatic and explained every court thoroughly. very personal and even gave us an additional whisper that they test for the coming autumn menu, which was very good by the way. the manager came by and made sure that everything was on the ground, just like their culinary experience should be in the 5-star resort. I would highly recommend for any occasion or their miami spice experience.

No AC or very hot. Besides that, everything was great.

We went last night to enjoy Miami Spice. The restaurant was very nice, clean and pretty! The food was good overall, although the steak was a bit overcooked. We were 4 people and all of us were having the Miami spice menu. My husband asked specifically for the merlot on the Miami spice menu. When the waiter came back we honestly did not realize he brought a different one, so we drank it with the food. But oh surprise when the check arrived and we noticed that we were charged the 143 merlot bottle instead of the 74 Miami spice bottle. We do think it was intentional and unfortunately none of us catch it until it was to late. I would recommend the place but just be sure you are getting the wine you ordered!

Tldr: great breakfast buffet with beautiful breakfast/breakfast and a cook that makes them customizable omelette, but definitely on the Pricier side.

Best brunch place in miami. the hotel is located in st regis. all bougie, luxurious and yet so satisfying and tasty. I'm not a fan of a buffet style brunch.
