El Pollo Loco - Bakersfield

I ordered a bean rice and cheese burrito add in queso blanco. I was charged a dollar extra for a case of Blanco and my burrito has none I ate halfway down waiting for the sauce and it was the driest burrito ever and the smallest burrito I've ever seen come out of El Pollo loco.

Went to pick up a couple of breast and wing meals and can someone please explain to me why we only got a half chicken breast cut in half? And this is not the first time. When I go to the El Pollo Loco website, the photo of the 2-piece breast and wing meal shows a full breast one cut in half. I will be contacting the corporate office because this is false advertising .

Great chicken, they just need to learn how to count. Last 2 times there I ordered 16 piece. Both times got a 15 piece. That's 1 way to make money. They owe me a leg and a thigh. UPDATE, I responded to their reply, nothing came of it. They were just blowing smoke. That says more about their customer service than the order being short. I'm going with Popeyes from now on. Customer service is a thing of the past. UPDATE, it's been about 6 weeks since I was there, they won't be ripping me off anymore

They ONLY PUT 4 SMALL CHIKEN MEAT PIECES INSIDE OF A DOUBLE CHICKEN TOSTADA SALAD ????NEVER EVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE, STINGY PLACE THAT IS TRYING TO MAXIMIZE PROFITS.4 CHICKEN MEAT CUBES INSIDE OF A DOUBLE CHIKEN SALAD .....PATHETIC.

The food here is horrible. Below is a piece of the birria. It's truly like a piece of leather. The chicken was also very dry and shriveled. They also have trouble getting orders correct. They are friendly- but that's the only positive.
