Day Night Market - Bakersfield

What a unique spot to reach a bus stop! I had a sandwich and searched for a tamarind Jarritos. The staff had great personalities. I can't quite explain it, but I really loved this place—it felt like a rite of passage. Make it a pit stop and grab something; you won't regret it!

The burritos here are fantastic! It's a cozy little spot that's just a short drive from the highway. I'm always on the lookout for healthier alternatives while traveling around the state, and this place has definitely made it onto my list!

This small Mexican restaurant located in a gas station is truly a hidden gem! You’ll feel like your grandmother is in the kitchen with how delicious the food is. They serve very authentic Mexican dishes, including fish soup and birria, which are both fantastic. They also offer homemade chicken and pork tamales. Every time I've stopped by, I’ve left satisfied and eager to return. I highly recommend it! I didn’t take pictures of everything because I ate it too quickly—it’s that good!

The best breakfast burritos. Ham,sausage, bacon, potatoes, eggs,refried beans and red salsa.

The burrito I had here was excellent.
