Dito's - Bajawa

Basic and expensive. Maybe from the beginning of the season.

Indeed excellent gado gado! Pleasant environment, waiters slightly distracted by the TV.

The hotel is located in the center of Bajawa city, very small cozy place, with bright lamps in the night (quite catchy). Many varieties of food, love the taste (they sell pork dishes not on the menu), but long time to cook. It's okay, because life in Bajawa is so slow, we don't have much to do. Must try their local arak honey lemon, love it! Bajawa's special vegetables called pucuk labu, a simple dish that has unique taste. Some times they have live music the family (owners) have golden voices.

Great tofu in tomato sauce, beautiful atmosphere, very friendly owners!
