I chose the singapur noodles (made from rice noodles) and it was delicious. the food was delivered to me by the manager. Although it's a lively and small kitchen, I felt that they took mine seriously. would be safe to eat here again!
The chef came to assure me that my order gf would be prepared in a fresh pan, so no cross-contamination. I had the chicken pillow thai. there were also some other options that were marked on the menu as gf.
The hostess strongly advised against dining here if you have celiac disease. I appreciated their honesty.
They prepared a gluten-free pad Thai for me, and it was absolutely delicious!
The hostess informed me that they do not recommend this restaurant for individuals with Celiac disease.
