Good room, kind person, there had been a small problem with water but immediately solved.

In the last period I often found myself traveling for work and this property was the best in which I stayed for the value of money. giuseppe, the manager, was really helpful and friendly (what not from all owners / managers of accommodation facilities). the room where I stayed was very spacious and clean. If I were in the area, I'd probably be back in the facility, it definitely left me a good impression.

In advance to say that I know their cuisine for years . I would say very good . I brought my friends to sleep in their hotel . they were happy . Positive.renovated the main room . very kind and friendly owner . we will return as soon as possible .

I start by saying that 3 stars is not a bad evaluation but on my part to have 4 stars you should not find certain gaps and for having 5 everything should be perfect. other important thing my stay was positive and I would return quietly in the structure. consistent prices. If you can read the missing stars, maybe you will understand. entering the structure we were greeted very cordially by the staff who in a few words explained the operation as for example of the fact that we had the key to the main entrance, the breakfast hours and all the rest. I said that we go up to the room to lay the suitcases, I dared the stairs and not the acpensor as the room was on the 1st floor. I don't give a judgment at the elevator but apparently it seemed in good aesthetic conditions. the stairs and corridors are dark and without windows but buttons and lighting do not miss so far everything ok. arrival to the door of the room, wooden door with a standard lock of those that putting the key behind the door does not allow to be opened from the outside, great if you want to stay in the room without being disturbed. crossing the door you will find yourself in the entrance of the room with 2 other doors that divide in 3 parts the environment. camera da letto ikea. the entrance is empty! entering the bathroom apart from the single mosquito that immediately gave us the welcome (capita) we found everything very clean and arranged, perhaps the only flaw if so we want to define it are the lights of the mirror as 2 out of 6 were guaste. not imputo directly to the owners but can well be that the previous guests have never communicated the problem and that therefore they have not been changed for this reason. functioning bathrooms, hot water ok, soaps and everything else in order. in my room the bathroom was provided with a large window that gave a lot of light (day). now you pass to the room with the beds, being a triple I found the double bed and the single bed accompanied by 3 bedside tables, 3 lamps, 1 coffee table, 1 chair, 1 closet, 1 mini fridge provided with bottles of water from 500ml, 1 tv, 1 air conditioning and if I don't remember badly there was nothing else. here everything in the norm as described during booking. small defects to be highlighted: in the bedside tables 2 taken on 3 they were infected, one did not go exactly while the other made false contact, fortunately for the mobile phones there were other sockets in the room. the air conditioner is to be checked! on the ignition does not open the aletta and therefore if you do not notice the defect you call it not to be able to cool or heat the room properly. I noticed it late because I timed the ignition 30 minutes before returning to the room and found little fresh. opening the aletta manually in a few minutes the temperature has dropped quickly. I don't like waste in general, especially electric ones but if I had lit the climate before ocire leaving it so on (in many do) and without timing I would have noticed the problem. overcome these details we come to the night spent. the bed does not make particular noises but the net is soft as well as the mattress. The thing I can't understand is nocturnal noises, more like tuna, heavy things falling. It was the middle of the night and I couldn't even understand whether they came from the structure itself or came from outside. Soon after I collapsed, so I couldn't even say how long they went on. the next morning we went down for breakfast, we found other staff, always very friendly and attentive to the requests of the guests. breakfast is complete with everything, you could choose from coffee, capuccino, milk, juices and other drinks. on the buffet table there were packed snacks, slices steaked in packs of 2, jams and hazelnut cream, donuts and cakes more than the fresh croissants (these I would avoid or change supplier). After breakfast we left!
