Mcdonald's - Baden

My mother and I always loved these mcdonalds, but the new building is cold and un inviting. we never have a bad meal here. we love the place, but we will not be back. the cheese in our burgers was cold and edible. the new look is sterile and not cozy as it is used. the staff was okay, but not good. I don't like this new McDonald's. my mcnuggets were boiled over the frits did not look like mcdonalds pommes. I don't know what to say. Perhaps they need more workers who know how burger should look. I was awfully unhappy. burger king will be our new dining place. too much money for bad eating and service.

Having issues with their kiosk ordering system. Stood in line with my number#61 order and watched orders above mine, #62,63...get called. Turns out mine never showed on their screen in back or was deleted... Hash browns are always like warm or temped... The one in Hopewell always has hot hash browns... Live in Baden but not sure I wall be going back...

WHHAT HAAAAPENED!? This place went so downhill. I dont think i have ever had an order wrong OR had something gross in my food at the old building.My husband went the other day and his order was wrong.I went today and ordered two value meals.I realized there was only one fry and no bbq sauce.I go inside and tell them im missing a fry and bbq sauce and open my bag to show them-thats when i see MULTIPLE BLACK HAIRS ON THE TOP OF MY FRIES!!!!!!I was like OMG theres hairs all over my fries!Employee looks at them and goes oh ok. Ill get new ones (no apology..def doesnt look like she cares)She hands me another bag w two fries.I get in my car and realize theres STILL no bbq sauce.I GO BACK IN and tell a different employee that they forgot my bqq sauce.CMON.NOBODY HAD THEIR HAIR UP..and everybody had long hair.What happened to hair nets!!!!!What happened to customer service!!!!!

The remodel is nice, and they have touch screen ordering. Food was hot and delivered to the counter quickly. No complaints.

This evening my boyfriend, daughters and I decided to go through the drive through at the new Baden McDonalds. We waited in line for approximately 25-30 minutes behind a Jeep and two other vehicles. I could describe them but for confidentiality reasons I wont.In addition, I could tell you what the workers at the windows were carrying on about in between taking orders and allegedly working too. Heres the thing. Im not here to be a kill joy but when its our turn in line and were shoved our drinks and one bag and told to pull forward, but have waited 30 minutes, were checking the bag. And, good thing we did. Because, half of the meal was missing and the majority of the meal was already cold.So, my boyfriend pulled to designated parking space and since the bag was thrown at us with no receipt he took the whole untouched bag back into the store with him.He was inside for about 12-15 min.He came back outside with the same bag and without our food that we PAID for!The very young store manager (name withheld out of respect and privacy because some of us still have class), saw to it that my boyfriend stood and waited another ten minutes when he came inside because she was too busy to help him. She then, when she had time, wanted to see his receipt, which he explained was never given one, but has now waited so long he now just wants his money back for the three medium fries that we are owed because we now still have three very cold meals out in the car we still have to eat! She refused and told him to get his out of her store!This is completely UNACCEPTABLE! You have now stolen from us. You now owe me my money back or owe me and my family a meal if not more than one! Three Medium fries to be exact and as a matter a fact the whole damn meals because they were completely ruined by the time we got home. This was the most awful experience Ive ever had at a restaurant. Id think long and hard about who Id have running and managing my establishment. What a disappointment for this town ?
