Wong's Restaurant - Baddeck

We came here to visit after the museum. We parked across the street. We ordered curried chicken fried rice which was very dry. Then we ordered chicken and veggies curry which had very little chicken and lots of cabbage mostly in a masala curry when our sever told us it was yellow curry. We had the spicy noodles. The food was ok. The servers are not knowledgeable.

I was told how good the food was here I have to say it was only average and I have had much better Chinese and much worse.The Wait is a little long not big portions for some of the dishs.

We waited 45 minutes for our food. Considering that there were only a few people there it seemed way too long. Also it was the worst Chinese food my wife and I have ever had. The fried rice was tasteless and a gooey paste. I had sweet and sour chicken that was a awful. My wife's vegetables were not even cooked. We didn't eat much.

Well established restaurant where the Chinese food has MSG which very much disagrees with me but the staff was very obliging and brought me something which was fine . My husband's fish was very good .. I sampled it .friendly and efficient service .. Would return .

Great place for lunch we are seniors and the servings so large we shared our dish. We had chicken fried rice, sweet and sour chicken ,egg roll and chow Mein all for less than $20.00
