Delicious food at a very pleasant Plaza in Badajoz. A must visit, for sure. Vegetarian options available.

THE most spectacular and tasty tapas we've ever had without a doubt. I was recommended this place by a lovely woman I met in the laundrette. I'm so grateful and glad I asked her. We would never have found it as it's on a small dark street with not much else on it. Unpretentious and relaxed inside with fabulous music. We sat at the bar and were warmly welcomed by the staff. There was one waiter who spoke English and gave excellent service. We saw a dish someone else had next to us so chose that. It was the chicken and potato dish. Then we selected the black garlic sirloin as recommended by my friend at the laundrette. The waiter said most people have three dishes but if we wanted two that was ok. So nice not to be made to order more. My husband asked what he would recommend and before I had a chance to say no fish he'd suggested the smoked tuna. I am so pleased we went for it. It was a total taste sensation. Light and fresh and tasty beyond belief like nothing I've ever had before. The bread was excellent too and the wine came with olives. Each plate was a highlight in its own right. A real science and art. Beautifully presented and cleverly created for the diner to have the most wonderful taste experience. The dessert my husband chose was a chocolate melt in the middle pudding equivalent. The ice-cream wasn't all that great but it didn't spoil the pudding so I will not give anything less than five stars for this tapas bar. I do hope the chef will read how wonderful his creations are and that just as a small request to reconsider the ice-cream. I cannot recommend this place enough. I think I would go out of my way to visit again. I'd give six stars if I could!

Nice and different tapas, friendly service, nice spot.

Muy buen tamaño de las tapas, son como media ración. Muy rica la tapa de pulpo y la de solomillo al ajo negro. Los postres son caseros, muy rico y curioso el tiramisu.

Hemos comido muy bien, atún del chef y solomillo, dos platos espectaculares.
