Oscar's - Bad Zwischenahn

The restaurant in an historical building offers stunning view over the lake of Zwischenahn. The menu offers a choice of fresh vegetables in season, Italian style recipes as well as new cuisine. An excellent change to the average local kitchen. I enjoyed goat cheese with fig jam as starter and had Flammkuchen herzhaft as main course. Could not manage a desert but Crème Brûlée looked mouth watering. Service was friendly and attentive. Interior looks tasteful and elegant. Back any time.

We ate here while my sister was at the Reha-Zentrum rehabilitation centre in this lovely little German town. The setting overlooking the lake is lovely. The food was fresh, tasty and well-presented with many Italian-inspired choices. It was a nice change from German food for these Canadians!

As always very friendly, attentive and relaxed. we were here often, there were always very fresh and high quality ingredients processed! directly on the water, spy and environment original italy. better it is not. thanks for the beautiful time

With friends I visited her restaurenl on June 3, 2018 on the trip between and had ordered a fluffy cake alpin. that came, looked very tasty, but when I was eating, I realized that under the tasty cake were small, living beetles. I immediately swallowed the appetit. I almost completely left him. the mentioned waitress meant only that I should have said it. Unfortunately, I couldn't settle this for a time.
