Memory - Bad Schandau

The name comes from the long history of the place as the last stop on the local Trolley period, when Bad Schandau was a fashionable spa town. Even in the hands of the original family, both indoor and outdoor seating offers a wide selection of pizzas, salads and other café-tarife, as well as all ice-cream flavors you could ask. Friendly, quick service.

Undercooked thick pizza like eating tomato ketchup on sliced bread. Trouble was, after the floods all the decent places seemed to be shut. You'd be better off buying a pizza from Lidl and cooking it yourself!

Delicious Pizzas with cozy atmosphere. Service was very attentive and helpful for with family with kids. Great desserts including Spaghetti Eis!

Naast dat je hier lekker ijsjes kunt eten kun je hier ook een heerlijke maaltijd nemen. Ze hebben er volop keuze uit onder andere pizza en salades. De bediening is vriendelijk en er zit een mooi terras bij.

An Italian restaurant and ice cream parlour on the edge of town. Although my husband said the pizza was OK, I was disappointed with my meal - a not very nice vegetable bake with cheese. I asked if it were possible to have a small side salad, but was told that was not possible - a large salad or nothing. Both dishes could easily have been offered in smaller portion sizes. Not a venue I would recommend or want to go back to. The staff were generally rude and showed little interest in customer service.
