Hotel Ostrauer Scheibe - Bad Schandau

Waren zwar nur eine Nacht dort , würden aber jederzeit wieder kommen. Alles sauber , Personal freundlich.Haben uns wohl gefühlt

Das Hotel liegt auf dem Ostrauer Berg, die Anreise mit Fahrrad samt Gepäcktaschen war schweißtreibend. Das Hotel war aber dann sehr in Ordnung, das Frühstücksbuffet wirklich gut.

Gute deutsche und tschechische Küche,gute Erreichbarkeit,sehr schönes Ambiente.Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung.

Essen war sehr gut, genügent auswahl, frische küche, freundliches servicepersonal, sprechen auch deutsch, sehr zuvorkommend

I had to wait for my food for two hours. I had never experienced. While I have travelled much and I was also several times in the Saxon Switzerland, still that was a part of the territory of the GDR. The service staff of the Restaurat from the Hotel Ostrauer Scheibe is incompetent and rude. I had ordered a Saxon mustard steak with fried onions and fried potatoes. After two hours I got a tough piece of pork with a loveless dollop of mustard and some fried onions, you had to look for. Also the fied potatoes would have been barely enough for a tooth filling. When I tried to complain that I got the piece of pork expected piece of beef, I received the snippy response that it was just a pork steak. When I insestierte further that under German law, beef must be served if steak is on the menu and if different meat is used this must be reported on the menu (eg. pork steak, chicken steak, turkey steak, etc.) . I received another snide response.When I wanted to then speak to the manager director the contact was denied me. Als the name of the managing director was not called me. For the outrageous food have been almost 14,- euros. A completely excessive price.
