Today at 2:00, three of us after a full business day without breaks. Admission is somehow in the delicacies business, and we asked if we could get a warm meal. The lady checked with the kitchen and we were welcome where in Germany you can find this: someone willing to cook for you outside normal hours of operation and not fast food? We sat at a table for four. Menu is only two pages, focus pasta, two meetings courses or so. We had the choice of three dry red wines through the glass and could freely choose our starters from the showcase. Cheese, cold cuts, olives, wines all excellent quality, served quickly, professionally and with care. The best thing for me was the main thing: for EUR 17 I chose home made black pasta filled with salmon in a herbal sauce with a little parmiggiano. Very filling and DELICIOUS, really excellent praying, perfect! One of us had a chocolate soufflé that was raw and well looked out and immediately devoured, the espresso was perfect and we were gifted with a grappa or other bajativo on the house. Everything in a perfect evening after a stressful day, beautiful atmosphere and great food and drink at reasonable prices. Very recommended.

Had an excellent light meal at Da Maurizio. They will work with you if you have food sensitivities. Owner recommended a Primitivo red wine that was outstanding and reasonably priced. Great service, wonderful food.

Cute small place to go for dinner. Excellent quality. Do not miss the buffala mozzarella as a starter and the fried potatoes as side dish. They are cooked and presented in a special way. Just delicious!

I've been to several restaurants traveling through Europe. And our last visit in Bad Nauheim, Germany we were defenitly surprised to find one of the best italian restaurants (worldwide) we've ever expierenced. Da Maurizio in Bad Nauheim, Germany. if you love Italian food, prepared in...the classical italian manner, you'll enjoy this and feel welcome here as you have ever been anywhere. ... perk you up and have you asking for more.
