Excellent place to stay, drink and eat Very good educated stuff I like it

Amazing place with free parking, free sauna, good breakfast, I always choose when I need to drive on Prüfzentrum Boxberg.

Profit maximization has limits! If the first guest group just gets two hours to order and eat, then it is not surprising that the second group has to wait 45 minutes until it is assigned a table. If the table ordered eight weeks ago is assigned to another group of guests, which also waits for a long time, and they themselves receive some table in the guest room, this is very alienating, especially if the tacky tablecloths are not removed and they are to be placed on a cumin table. Only my protest changed the behaviour of the service personnel. Besides, no one felt responsible for the Christmas chaos. On my request to send someone who has something to say here and who takes responsibility, there were only shoulder pecks. No word of excuse! No glass of champagne during the unpleasant and long waiting period on the terrace! Luckily it was warm today and it didn't rain! Very outrageous I felt when I expressed my innocence that received the cheeky answer: If it doesn't suit you, you can go! We were registered with 20 people and had expected more service and friendliness. A little more professionalism, less money and profit maximization would not have brought anyone into this situation, neither the staff, nor my guests, nor me. I waited with 19 guests who had traveled over 170 km and had over 30 km of traffic, as ordered and not picked up. When we finally sat at the table, the food was kind of drinking, so that there was no talk of a common meal. The drinks and the wines had to be ordered before we had seen a menu. No one took care of whether someone else wanted to reorder something to drink. In short, the service and kindness were underground Christmas back or forth! Less reservations and more time for individual guests would have been much more appropriate. So the restaurant doesn't live up to its reputation. Too bad, because we were very happy today!
