When we wanted to go into the room with the card, we discovered this damage. This was known to the owner and he told us that someone had recently used violence there. After this story, I asked for another room for my wife because she got scared. The owner asked her to please give her another room, but this request was not followed up on and was instead left with a saying: We are not in Hamburg Mitte, but Bad Bramstedt, so nothing will happen. Unfortunately, it was a super uncomfortable feeling to leave my wife in a non-lockable room overnight. . I have to agree with a review that the room was very cold and you can 't turn the heater higher than 3. In my opinion, as a man you should be ashamed of letting a woman stay in a room that you can 't lock. Or would you expect that from your wife? Rooms: Broken locks see pictures.

Unfortunately, it's clear not a recommendation. The reception was already questionable, no warm welcome etc. reservations were made for 2 people. The bed was only prepared for one person, we found additional bedding in the closet. When we bought it, the window in the room was tilted, now we know why in the cold season. We were out of the house for about 2 hours and when we returned it smelled like a drain in the room. There was also no remote control for the TV and only one cup... there was no one there at check out, just the cleaner who shouted after me on the stairs that no one was there and she would take the card. All in all not OK.
