Sonnenhotel Amtsheide - Bad Bevensen

Before the arrival we had thought about the partly critical reviews. suspected, we enjoyed very well. the price has earned definitiw 5 stars. we had a room in the house. the room had everything they did not get in a hotel like this. whether enough doses, teller and cutlery, each two wein and standard goggles, good fragrant soap, a safe, a storage container for toilet paper, two woollen blankets, padded for the balcony furniture, two bathrooms, large bathroom furniture with clean storage room, two sauna towels or a refrigerator! the staff at the reception (woman schaare frau bahovic,) the ladies at the breakfast or the evening bartender and deputy restaurant guide (lor lehmann) were always friendly and friendly. the wellness area is divided into the cosmetic massage and the swimming pool with saunas. the latter already corresponds to a small sauna landscape. it was a great weekend to relax with the hope! I was there for three days. I got a single room under the roof. It smelled weird when I got into the room. then I saw on the re.side at the slanted that it was overcrowded. even at night, no one was at the reception even when in the first night was fire alarm. no one came from the hotel if we got out well. the woman needs a roller. no one looked out for them! a luck it was a nasty, so this hotel is to be pampered and that at 4 stars. Which they have always got is a riddle to me. also I had on the second day I was in the hotel was birthday. at breakfast it would not be possible that I got my bouquet from my children. when I told the complaint, the service we had covered in there for them. it was a table for 2 people without reservation on my name. Once and never again! we arrived and our suit we booked was gone...the dame said we got a bigger suit than we booked. great we thought...that was the suit 412. When we came in we greeted us a germier old smell, well we thought the groom was already old, pure into the room so-called bigger suit! thought we met the hit! stretch everywhere, at the disc of terassentür finger prints uncomfortable colors and compilation of all furniture. do not agree back to recipe. we got a key from a room 214. pictures speak for themselves. spots on the matratze catastrophe bed broken, we got back and got new key rooms 315aber only for one night(we have booked for 2 nights) next day we had to move to another room!? we were not in agreement with that. the room 315 was acceptable but for a night? to ask why only one night? because next day was reserved for regulars... will the regulars be preferred?why? pay more than normal guests? we have paid 550€ for two nights for a garden suite! Could not answer them. we wanted to cancel and get our money back, cheerful answer ever with90% cancellation give ridiculous, to my man is then the collar burst. after an hour discussion and threats from the lawyer we were allowed to stay in room 315 two nights. the whole hotel has not earned 4 stars! wellness area is also available in sanitation, all old and worn.
