Max’s - Bacolod

Max's Restaurant in Bacolod offers delicious food. While the fried chicken and pancit don’t quite match the original flavors (I hope they bring back the original recipe), the crispy pata, kare-kare, and egg rolls were fantastic. I recently celebrated my birthday at Max's Bacolod, and the service was excellent and quick. The manager was also very friendly. I would definitely give them five stars. On my next holiday, I plan to bring my family to Max's Restaurant in Bacolod. I have a group of 24 people, and they can certainly accommodate us. Great job!

I love the chicken here, and the place is great for big groups. It's a bit pricey, but the food is delicious!

A bit pricey for food that we can get somewhere for cheap price especially the roasted chicken. Bacolod has a lot of options. I still love the place though because its clean.

The place is nice and cozy....due to this recent pandemic they practice protocol to protect its customer but still enjoying the meal.. The food is just ok.. A typical one... The fried chicken taste good.. But the sisig platter is too overpowering and the staff are accomodating as well...

We didn't have the warmest welcome as to be expected for a pricey eatery. It felt like it was ran by amateur, underpaid front staff. Only 1 waiter was doing his job well. The ambiance felt really cramped as there are too many seats close to each other even if there is number of guests around. I am gonna save my comment from the food as I just got out of a cold. I am not sure if its that bad. Will I pick Max's over other restaurants? Nope.
