Kurpfalzische Munze - Bacharach

We lived in Bacharach and came across this local bar. It was a very busy place, but the staff was really friendly and accommodating. We had the burning cake (classic! and spundecase with pretzeln, along with some really good local white wine. The ambience was from the charts, and we cannot say enough about the staff. It was the perfect evening! Look at this place when you're in the area.

Large small pace, beautiful cheese plate and meat plate also really good. Nice wines. Not expensive, good value. We really enjoyed it.

Nipped in here after reading mixed reviews. We had an excellent meal, which was the Munze Platter it had a selection of cold meats, sausages and cheeses and salad it was very tasty. Along with it we had a wine tasting of local wines again everything was 1st class, including the extremely helpful staff.

Visit a wet Sunday afternoon. Service beautiful like a nice young man pour wine and beer make beautiful cheese and ham plate. His beautiful personality made it even better! Wine and food was really delicious. The door was closed when we arrived, so we asked him if he had a table through the window and he asked us to come back in 20 minutes. It was worth it. Nice quirky bar. Beautiful wine and cheese and ham dishes.

The restaurant is quite small, but the atmosphere is real and it feels cozy. the prices were good and the situation is central.
