Mango Y Chile - Bacalar

Para nuestra sorpresa en el corazón del pueblo de Bacalar, este increíble lugar en una pequeña montaña justo enfrente de la laguna con opciones DELICIOSAS Y VEGANAS para dulce y sal. Comimos hamburguesas, matcha late, cúrcuma late, y helados en galleta y en paleta. Todo 10/10

I wanted to love this place like I did Vital Kitchen, but it left a little to be desired. We tried the ahumada burgers, I added guac to mine, mango smoothie, cookies, and a chocolate ice cream bar. DONT ADD QUESO TO YOUR FRIES! it’s just a slice of cheese that isn’t melted on top of the fries and isn’t worth the extra 35 pesos. The burgers were good, although the patty was a little salty and could’ve used a little more flavor, but the bun was great. The fries overall were really good, the cookies were melt in your mouth yummy, and the mago smoothie was phenomenal! The mangos they used were so fresh and sweet, and it was a delectable treat. The ice cream was good, just so so rich, I couldn’t finish it all, and for $5 US for a small ice cream bar, I wouldn’t buy again. Overall, really glad to have another all vegan option in town and will be back, just know you’ll be paying US prices, it was the most expensive spot we tried. A nice place with tasty food. No complaints other than small portions for what it was. Tacos were tasty but could have had more filling

LOVE this place!! visited Bacalar last year and went several times on the trip. Revisited today and it didn’t disappoint! I’ve tried most of the menu, and have loved everything. My favourites are the tofu tacos, the hot dog and the chocolate milkshake. The attention to detail is excellent great flavouring, tasty sauces and toppings (try the pickled onions and jalapeño). It’s a little expensive, but worth it in opinion. I’ve spent 6 months in Mexico in the last year and trust me, you’ll be hard pressed to find a yummier vegan meal than here. Only thing I would pass on is the waffles, there are better things on the menu.

Quede encantada con el lugar, los tacos son exquisitos, todo en general es delicioso sus malteadas, el café, las son deliciosas, la música, la vista, la atención, sin duda regresare!!
