The experience I had today was unacceptable, and I will detail it for those considering ordering from this restaurant. I had ordered sushi for some of my students a day in advance, emphasizing that it arrive precisely at 11:45pm due to our strict school schedule. Unfortunately, the order arrived 45 minutes late. When I called to inquire about the delay, the students were already back in class after their recess. Additionally, the person on the phone had quoted a total of 115 Alf, but upon delivery, the total was changed to 126 Alf. Furthermore, there were three errors with the order: the crab hoso Maki was missing, there was less mango than ordered, and more tuna than requested. Despite being promised sauces, they were not included in the order. No tissues, kleenex, or wipes were sent either, forcing us to clean our hands with our own clothes after eating. Most importantly, the ginger was expired and had a strange taste, and the fish was not fresh. Although I usually refrain from negative reviews as a business owner myself, the numerous mistakes made by this restaurant were inexcusable. Respectable businesses typically compensate customers for such errors, but in this case, no such gesture was made. As someone who frequently travels and enjoys sushi from around the world, I can confidently say that this was the worst sushi I have ever had.
I did not enjoy my meal at that restaurant. The sushi was not very good.
The salmon and shrimp need improvement, but overall it's not a bad dining experience!
