Good food, little slow, around 20 minutes waiting for a meal, but still good

I work on the ambulance, so we come to this Habit frequently. Customer service here is always great but the service provided by GEORGE today was absolutely EXCELLENT! I change a lot of things on my Santa Barbara Cobb salad, so, today when I came in, George remembered all my customizations from my last visit a week or two ago. I was shocked! I have never had anybody at any particular store remember all 8 of my customizations! Now, this is a customer service at it's very best indeed! Thank you, George!!

I live around the area, I came couple of times before but there was always something wrong with my order but this time everything was extremely pleasant. Food was amazing, clean and staff was extremely friendly. I want to thank Monica and the other male manager. Definitely coming back.

Took a long time getting my food ready and I was the only one inside that ordered while I was waiting I noticed that my fries and onion rings came up first then like a good 15 minutes after the meal now I got cold fries and onions rings smh I thought the habit was on point

This is an absolutely predatory establishment. They messed up my order and had me go through a ridiculous process just for a simple refund, because apparently they don’t offer refunds at their store. They only care about keeping your hard earned money. Don’t go here unless you want really, really bad service!
