Sushi Sawa - Azusa

We frequent this restaurant often, and we always feel like family when we go. The owner always gives our little one a special treat! The sushi is always fresh and tasty. One of our favorites is the Love Love Roll which does not have rice, and the sampler sashimi bowl.

Good quality of food and service. Excellent environment for date. Accept call to order takeout. Pay attention to its opening hours. Does not open every Sunday and Wednesday.

This is a small sushi restaurant located in downtown Covina. There were 3 tables, 1 server, and a chef. Service was very fast. We ordered salmon sashimi, pink lady (no carb), beef teriyaki, mix tempura, and yellowtail collar. Al the food was well seasoned and flavorful. None of the cooked dishes were over or under cooked. I gave 4 stars because it was pricy. Portion seemed small, and we have to keep ordering more food. The total was $80 for 2 people. Street parking is available.

Everything was delicious (we ordered a wide variety of appetizers, rolls, sushi) and the service was exceptional

Definitely should try bake salmon roll and roll with eel 5 star for service and food
